He will not finish the game.

Hope the kid really is healthy, but you have to wonder if this is the sort've example that NFL GM's point to when they say Bama kids come in as damaged goods from a health and tread on the tires standpoint.

Is this guy a Wolverine, or was the initial injury reports overblown?
High ankle sprains can be very very dangerous to athletes if you come back too quickly (essentially come back too quick and you'll never be the same again) but they also vary in healing time. We've had several high ankle sprains this year - 2 WRs and one OL. The 2 WRs were injured early in the season. One of them is back after missing several weeks while the other one is applying for a medical redshirt and has to have a tight rope surgery done to stabilize his ankle. The OLineman is back to practicing and appears to be healing faster than either of the WRs.
BUT here's the thing... the danger of a high ankle sprain is much greater for skill players who absolutely have to be mobile all the time and have to have the ability to cut and turn on a dime. RBs and WRs can't rely on a knee brace or ankle brace that stabilizes a joint in order to help them play on an injury because it takes away their speed and agility - linemen can.

Good, he can fulfill his life long dream to play in tiger stadium. He is a beast, but no there are no excuses if LSU pulls out the victory

LOL the kid is going to get destroyed out there. No way that ankle is 100%
No doubt you know more about his injury status than UA's medical staff.

I hope Cam plays on Saturday.
He acts like it personal with LSU? We wanted him but didn't recruit him hard. Collins on the other hand can be mad I guess but nobody cares anymore.

I really don't think he will play much if at all. That's really fast. But maybe the injury wasn't as bad as they originally thought.
