I really don't like Letterman that much. Jimmy Kimmel is much better.

He may have had some talent back in the day, but now he's just a pervy old dude that cracks lame jokes.

I used to almost agree with this, but he has seemed really unfunny to me in the past year. I had tix to see his show at Radio City (on my 30th birthday). But in the days leading up to it, I saw people in other cities tweeting things like "Saw Conan live last night--so classy. He takes the high road!" and "Conan is such a sweetie--such a nice man!"

Nothing about how funny the show was. Then I saw some highlights online, and I decided to scalp my tickets and make a few bucks. Some close friends of mine went and said it was a bit soporific. And I've seen the new show, and I don't laugh. And his twitter is awful.

My conclusion: Conan isn't really that funny.

Well, he's been a pervy old dude for 30 years.

Letterman has all the talent in the world, but it's clear that he doesn't give a damn anymore, and I hate that because I liked Letterman at his best better than I liked Johnny at his best.
