The FBI just wants to make sure taxes get paid on money/income received. They arent looking at AU. You are overboard...why? Even if a player is given money, which in this case there is not even an allegation of that, it is not against the law. It violates NCAA, but not federal law. But if more than 10K, then taxes must be paid.

He wouldn't last 10 minutes in a deposition. Lawyers are trained to use you against yourself during questioning and they know just how to do it.
