He'll eat eventually. Cokesiah at QB isn't doing him favors.

If Cooper can do it with McTat and Blake Sims, surely this future first rounder can do it with anyone

Or maybe its because he was nearly old enough to legally drink while playing against high school kids that made him look so good

I think he has as many catches as your whole team.

Kid has great potential. Soft hands and good skill- set, but receivers like Cooper don't come around often.

Amari Cooper didn't break out in the passing game until the fifth game of the 2012 season. He was a true freshmen then, same as Calvin Ridley is today. Give him some time.

He and Stewart both have been done a disservice with the looks they've had so far.

But no, he's not the next Cooper. Nobody in CFB right now is the next Amari Cooper.

Maybe a little too much praise this soon, but I do like his route running and the way he snatches the ball out of the air. He has a chance to be special given time.

Shitting on a true freshman from another team two games into the season. You must be pretty confident in your own squad

Are you serious with this shite?

The guy has seen serious playing time and has made catches as a true freshman, and has looked good doing it.

I bet he has his coming out party against Ole Miss

He did.

And also, Ridley has caught more balls and gained more yards in his first two games as an Alabama player than Cooper did in his first two games.

At this point in 2012: Cooper had 3 receptions for 27 yards.
At this point in 2015: Ridley has 7 receptions for 59 yards.

Ridley will be serviceable. He's a true freshman trying to acclimate himself to the speed of college ball. I think he's done ok so far. I like Stewart as well.

Well, he is 2 games into his college career. Maybe we should give him time. When Coop was 2 games in he had 3 catches for 27 yards against Michigan and West Kentucky. Calvin Ridley has 7 catches for 59 yards after 2 games against Wisconsin and MTSU.

Also, with the exception of the MSU game last year, what has Dupre done for you guys to get super excited about? The kid has 340 yards receiving in his college career and over 1/3 of that came in one game. I like how he lit up MSU this weekend for 22 yards. Baller.
