I know it was a funny but I just don't see OSU wanting a spread offense. This is the reason I don't believe Corch ever goes there.

I don't see what choice he had. Not only did he "knowingly" play 5 ineligible players for an entire season. It now appears "car deals" were arranged through the athletic department or at least with their knowledge. I would think tOSU would clean house up to and including the AD.

That's the first sensible thing you've said in a very long time.

I think with the way this went down and with the "reputation" all the SEC schools have, they will not touch an SEC coach with a 10 foot pole. USC did, but they thought they could thumb their nose at the rules and get away with it. OSU actually thinks they are better than everyone else, they turned on Tressel before everyone else did. They will get a Brady Hoke-like coach...

They will need an interim coach, but look for them to consider Arkie's coach

There are a lot of possibilities, and in my opinion, no one's coach is safe when the OSU job comes up.

However, I think it may be different this time around because this might become a very toxic job. Depending on what the NCAA does to their program, and what else comes out, it may become a thing where they have to hire an expendable person to get em on track and then go for a big hire.

AD Smith will be gone after the NCAA gets done with THE osu. This is just the first round in Columbus.
