He was supposedly injured going into the Florida game, got into a tussle pregame, and suddenly he dressed for the game. If he's injured, why suit up?

He suited up because the coaches had no control over the team's emotions and didn't make normal boundaries of health and behavior a barrier to participation.

Him first losing his temper and then deciding to participate (without being appropriately checked by coaches at either point) was the lowest point in his career at LSU.

He was hurt all year. The origin of the injury was probably a pile up in the Wisconsin game when a player rolled his ankle after the play was over. It was just that kind of year for LSU.

When they score less than 30 combined points at Bama and at Florida, the tears will flow. If R-kansas takes back the boot, it's all over. They'll want O'Canada gone.

Why the frick would he play in an exhibition game and risk further injury when he is about to get paid millions of dollars? I would sit out too if I were in his position

My guess is after not getting the threepeat in the '19 national chamionship.

Tigers win SEC in '17, '18 and '19 but only get national title in '17 and '18 LSU fans will be pissed he dropped the ball in '19 national championship game. Tigers get there just don't win it.

One second left on the clock. It's fourth and 10 and needing a TD to win it. Canada calls his famous throwback to the OT from his own 20. This time LSU gets the play off. The tackle is stopped 6" from the goaline. Play goes for 79 yards and 30 inches. Actually nobody touches him. He just collapses face down on the field. Totally exhausted.

Happy ending is we win the SEC and national title in '20. Three out of four aint bad. Four in a row for the SEC though.
