I like the style of ball he coaches and his recruiting which should rebound when/if he's cleared. So yeah I do agree with you there but I wasn't cheering for the team to lose just so Zo to get fired. His biggest sin, imo, was that he was not only boring but the excitement was just too damned late.
For some reason, I feel Tyndall will weather this but who knows.

Next year will be the year we see if he's going to be a long term solution. Don't pass judgment yet.

I did not cheer against the team either. I went to every home game last year, two road games and the NCAA Tourney games. He did a very poor job at Tennessee though outside of the final month last year. He came very, very close to missing the NCAA Tourney with 2 NBA players+Maymon and Richardson. That is very bad.

We'll see... he totally FUBARed the QB situation this year... don't give me that shite about Dobbs isn't a good practice player... jones basically threw the kid under the bus to give himself an excuse. Bush league IMO.
With that said, he may work out.

How fricking dumb are you? How do you interpret this as being about Butch Jones?

Tyndall was one of the coaches I wanted all year last year. I have watched him win enough to have a lot of faith in him moving forward. Big fan of coaches who use a zone in CBB.
Am I concerned about his recruiting? Yes, but I believe the investigation is to blame there.
Hopefully he can hang on.

Muschamp is a better coach than Butch Jones.

Seriously, 30 chill and give our coaches a chance. You'd be happier, imo.
Good advice. I think the Vols will be much better in 2015. One can get usually a much better assessment on a new coach by their 3rd year.
On another note... Finebaum needs to buy Smokey a huge supply of treats because he deserves it.

We've been saying this since you hired him. Well we've been saying it since we all googled him after you hired him.

Don't forget his botching of Dobbs redshirt. He basically split the rs over two seasons. Which stunted his development.

Good grief, give the man a couple more years. No one is saying he is General Neyland reborn.
