No, Old Sarge is just Texas A&M's mascot. No other significance than that to my user name.

Damn, I was about to drop some knowledge on you. Both my grandfathers were in the military one trained troops for I forgot his ranking but the other did Black Op missions on Vietnam he did some fricked up shite.

Both my grandfathers served as well. One in Europe fighting Germany and the other in the navy fighting Japan in the pacific. Dad went to Vietnam.

There was nothing in the bet about whether or not coaches leave. I am sure if Kirby Smart would have left Alabama, Capstone would have kept his end of the bet. TheOcean is a welcher.
