Eligibility, proximity to his mom, and Auburn was always his favorite team. But yeah, he wanted to go to Arkansas

He probably would have had to sit anywhere else..going to AU allowed a hardship waiver, didn't it?

We're assuming. We still haven't heard back from the NCAA, but this is the textbook definition of a medical hardship transfer (or whatever it's called).

How can Hunter be that high on the list when his knee is still so suspect? I still have thoughts of Greg Childs with Hunter. And weren't recent reports on his knee not great? I asked that yesterday but never got an answer.

All-American FB tranfer from Illinois. Went to my HS

Im guessing he wasn't offered by Auburn out of HS, and now since he blew up at Illinois he got an offer and transfered back?

Does this mean he was RE-Processed?

Yes, but

He's not 100% yet but he's improving. Should be good to go soon

WHO?

I don't remember Auburn ever using a fullback

Wait... I thought he transferred to AU because of a family illness and he was needed at home? Arkansas would have been too far for him. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong guy.

Barry Brunetti got one last year at Ole Miss so I assume this guy will to if his mother is strickened with a bad illness that has been documented.

Good deal. I thought someone had recently posted that it was slower coming along than expected.

Yeah well if he is indeed 100% you'll be as talented as anyone in the country at the quarterback and receiver positions. How's the running game shaping up and the offensive line?

You guys were drooling over Bequette, imagine what u would do if he ran a 4.5 and there were two of him. It's not a homer thing, it's a fact. They are physical freaks. More so than Reid IMO. It's much more rare for guys there size to be so athletic.

No you got the right guy, Arky posters don't know what they're talking about.

Yes Bundy, he wasn't offered out of HS even though he always wanted to go to AU, but ended up being a beast so we wanted him when he wanted to transfer.

He'll be cleared. The NCAA has to go through all of the legalities and paperwork and stuff before they can officially clear him. It takes a while, but he should be fine.

And yes, AU is one of the few places he could go to and get a waiver, because of the proximity to his sick mom

I don't think he will be 100%. It's hard not to expect some loss of athleticism a year after an ACL tear. But he's still talented enough to be all-SEC if he can make it to 90-95%. That's what I'm hoping for.
