If they prosecuted people for this, 90% of all fraternity members would have to register as sex offenders.
This shite is fricking kids play compared to some of the shite I saw similar to this in college. And no, not all of it was at Alabama before someone says it's a campus epidemic. I saw it at UAB, Auburn (spent a lot of time down there with friends from HS), and some of the shite I heard about at Jacksonville St makes this look like kindergarten shite.
It was stupid, but he should no way be forced to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. If the penalty didn't include this I would be all for him getting what he gets. But with it included, I hope he gets away with it.
