HRV I'm just getting a laugh out of your reaction, don't really have a dog in this fight. I will make a note to avoid bringing up Gregg Doyle in threads you are in from now on for fear that you'll keel over from a stroke though.

a filming accident. It's called an accident.
That kid died because Kelly hates practicing indoors. Whose ultimate decision was it to make sure the practices were being recorded? The meteorologists that day were calling for winds up to 50 mph, and they still put him up in a scissor lift.
Gross negligence led to his death. That falls on Kelly, who didn't even stop practice once the kid was dying in the street.
frick Brian Kelly, and I grew up cheering for Notre Dame.

so dipshit Brian Kelly INTENDED to keep him up in the tower during that wind?
that was Kelly's fricking intent?
do you know what intent means?

Yep other schools didn't have kids filming that day from a lift

Is Kelly so retarded he doesn't know that a lift and 50 mile per hour winds don't mix?

Brian Kelly may not have INTENDED for the kid to die, but it was his decision to practice outside on that day despite NWS warnings that the winds would be at unsafe levels. Was called the worst windstorm in 70 years in the Midwest. The scissor lifts were only rated for 28 mph winds, and the winds that day were consistently in the 30's, gusting to over 50 mph.
As previously stated, Kelly didn't even stop practice when it happened. The university and Kelly both took the stance that they had no responsibility in the situation, but the university was found to be responsible for the kids death.
So NO, Kelly and the university didn't INTEND for the young man to die, but they directly impacted the situation with their decisions that day.
