It seems Arkansas fans are showing great patience with BB, to their credit. You can see the improvement in Arkansas every game.

Their patience will pay off sooner rather than later.

I was impressed with the hire and have always been a fan. I've never understood the anti-BB buffoons - scared I guess.

Losing all the time sucks but you can tell the guy is the right fit here. Petrino and slappy did nothing more than make me more angry with their pressers after a loss, Bert is the complete opposite.

I love the way he does things and how he treats the players. The massive linemen getting to fly first class, him running out to check on hurt players. The guy just seems so damn likable that you cant be mad at him for long after a loss.

Lol, this dude is going to terrorize the SEC West. Just wait till things finally start clicking.

I truly feel Arkansas is a year or two from yearly battling it out with Alabama, Auburn and LSU for top of the West.

BB is a natural coaching fit in the SEC with all the quirky coaching personalities. Good coach, maybe great if we give him time, with a helluva personality.

Read a quote somewhere that said in effect: if you think he's annoying now wait till he starts winning because he becomes insufferable then.

New here... RANT FUUUUUUUCKED

the only thing controversial about him and his program is his goofy comments on no huddle.

other than that, he's making boys into men the correct way. truly a guy you'd want your kid to play for.

i hope to hell he starts winning, because everything else about his leadership style breeds success in life.

Yeah that deal he pulled with the rules committee wasn't too good. But if that is the worse he ever does, kudos to him. I think he has a good deal going in Fayetteville.

I watched it and was impressed. If given time, that man is going to turn Arkansas into a powerful program again.

he's a good coach, but sometimes it just doesn't work out... this looks like it could be one of those times.

When he gets enough of his players in here, he will be a tough out. Hell, he's already a tough out in his second year with very little quality depth. And with lack of speed at critical positions.

The '15 class is looking strong, still looking for a few specific needs to round it out.

I feel like it will work out for him here.

The improvement from last year to this is drastic... The fk you talking about?

He has to win SEC games at some point. Improvement is one thing...but I can't believe that Arkansas will allow him to go sub .500 for more than a couple of more years.

I'm actually kind of surprised the Arkansas fan base has been as forgiving as they have.

But how many consecutive SEC losses with the tShippers put up with? Bert is sailing in BBQ sauce right now.

Bret isn't fat. Bret is normal. The only thing fat about Bret is my fatass amount of respect for his accomplishments.

I just think he had so much ground to make up on everybody in the West that it is going to take some time but he and Stoops both have done excellent jobs so far. If Arkansas was in the East, none of this discussion would be necessary.

If you understood the extent to which our program was fricked before he was hired I think it would make a little more sense. Those of us who have lived through it understand, which is why most of us are patient.

It's a matter of perspective, I think. We know how tough of a position he put himself in.

he's a half decent QB away and a kicker away from rocking this thing. We have the kicker on RS (WTF? but oh well). we have to figure out away to get production out of the QB position but he'l handle it.
