Venables admitted that he hadn’t the slightest clue on how to defend against an offense that primarily stops being used beyond the high school level. So, one day before Saturday’s game, Venables cranked up the search engine.

that's the equivalent of a college student starting to research a 20 page paper that is 25% of their grade the night before it's due.

Something does not add up here...didn't Chad Morris coach under Gus before going to Clemson as OC and installing the offense they're running?

Gus ran some wing T during this game...not something he has really done in the past.

The way to stop AU is to stand on the sideline and watch Gus frick it up himself. No scheming required.

I don't know if that's more sad for Venables or Malzahn.

I wouldn't have thought there had been a game played before with 25 or so QB swaps.

Well, considering that Clemson held Auburn to 1 yard rushing in the first half and less than a 100 for the game, I would feel a little worse for Gus.
