Well we still haven't named an official starter. We all know it'll likely be Swag but even then we haven't seen enough of Harris or Kelly to make a decision on who is better. You can't argue it at this point. There's nothing to back up either side

Other than the fact that anybody that has seen Harris this offseason and how much he has improved I digress

Harris and Dupre destroyed your "backups" last year. Your "backups" are now your starters.

LSUs 4th string RB would be your starter.

Guice and LF combine for 250 on the ground.

Harris, Dupre, Dural, Quinn, Diarse, Smith, and Chark get 200+ through the air.

Beckwith reminds Dak of Panama City.

LSU wins 34-20.

I'm an Ole Miss fan, bro. Yall will be able to score on them, but stopping them is where you will have trouble IMO

MSU is going to run through LSU like castor oil through a widow woman. Hope the Sonic in Starkville is ready for the surge of LSU fans who roll out by halftime and drive thru on their way of town with their collective tail between their legs.

You don't know anything about our rb's. You don't know anything about our football team. You may not know much about football.

MSU can certainly win if dak puts up 500 yards and returns 2 pics for TDs and returns a kickoff for a TD.

If LSU starts off the season 1-2, does Steele get fired?

It may or may not happen, but our attitude toward this match up is changing. The more we care about this game the more competitive it will become. That will lead to more success at some point.

I would guess Mush-Mouth would take over the D and Steele just hangs out until the season is over trying to look busy.

So, State get its first win since '99 with arguably the best team they've fielded in recent memory.
Loses all its talent minus Dak and assumes victory is still secured??

State lost too much off the O-line and several playmakers off the defense, lost Josh Robinson at tailback. A QB and receivers returning are nice but do not make a team. I think Fournette and the O line go off big time in 2 weeks, but thats why they play the game. Last year means nothing, neither does the other 14 years in a row of the Tigers puttin a boot to that backside.

As if that was an actual defense we were running.

Won't happen. You have zero idea about what MSU has and what our proven DC does best.

That might happen, but it won't be enough

We lost experience, not talent. Funny how last season y'all thought we weren't any good either. I never thought I'd see the day when LSU claimed moral victories against po lil' Mi'tippi Tate for scoring on backups. When MSU wins again, what will be the excuse this time?
