I agree in part but I think it was likely that his injury just put him too far behind the others and to catch up even if he'd been healed by now he was out too long in a critical spring for all of them. But from what I've read about his injury, if it was just his shoulder injury still being an issue then he'd have a hard time being a WR too (not as badly but still it would matter and hold him back).
My first thought was: where does he project at the next level? Does anyone know? I mean it maybe he smartest decision ever by him because if he projects at WR or has been told he'd be an elite WR by various trustworthy sources it could well be brilliant to put it all on tape. I can't help but think that long term it gives him the best options even though the injury led to all of it.

Braxton would start at Bama or Lsu, that being said JT barrett should start for Ohio, not sure how legit Cardale would be when teams get really zone in.
