Then Yancy is an idiot. The only thing binding that a recruit can sign is an LOI and it is voided as soon as the signee fails to meet enrollment requirements for that school.

I heard he came on the visit to sign paperwork for his new Charger. Conflicting info going on here.

He weighs 400 pounds. I doubt he could fit in a Charger.

True, but you are not allowed to sign another LOI for that academic year. If he wants to be an Early Entrant, which he does, he's better off re-signing with Bama.

When Hill went on his OV to bama with his mother last week, I think, he signed his Financial agreement papers, to enter school at bama and I still think he could back out that if he never entered school, he can not sign his LOI until later. So when Yancy says, he signed a agreement, Hill signed his financial aid papers at bama... Also bama never slow played B.Hill, never ever, has always been a big recruit for bama, he is DJ Fluckers replacement in a year. Plus, Saban loves him some big mean black dudes with good feet... One more thing, once a player does not enter school his LOI, is withdrew and both parties are free to do what they want. Where you guys come up with this signed a agreement that forced him to bama because he went to prep schoool deal is dumb....

So he signed some financial papers.

A contract to play football?

Is that what all that gibberish said?

Sounds like an employment contract. He plays for Bama and they pay him an agreed upon amount. Pretty standard for Bama I think.

Just read the new info. Yancy still seems pretty off-base on the whole thing to me.

man, I know the Kirkpatrick's and if you think they couldn't afford to get their son a new car what with the money he saved them by getting on scholarship, then you are a friggin moron.

Quit saying this stupid shite, it only makes you look more like an ITATer. Well, you always look like an ITATer.

Yancy has OM posters on his scout board believing that Saban and the Bama staff made Hill and his mother sign something they didn't understand. And if not for this agreement he'd be a Rebel now.

Not true grinder. However, why don't you tell us about Rosebowl's spin on State losing Kailo?
