No doubt you're an Aggy. Your boner is showing.

Nobody ever questioned that Myles Garrett wasn't smart.
We just question his gumption and think he is softer than baby shite.

Myles is an impressive dude. He gets more hate than he deserves on here, but A&M fans help bring that on him.

I predict more lsu participation in this thread than any other fan base

For his sake, pray the Browns trade down. Even Lawrence Taylor's career may have taken a swirlie if he had gone to this organization.
As a life long Browns fan, I anxiously await every NFL draft to see who's career we are ending.

But only against Rice, Lamar, and Auburn
Myles Garrett amassed 32.5 sacks in his career
only 12 of them were against SEC teams (37%)
15.5 of them came against the following teams (48%)
Lamar x2
Rice x2.5
ULM 3.5
Nevada x3
UT- San Antonio x4.5
for comparison, Derek Barnett amassed 31 sacks in his career, 28 of them were against SEC teams (90%)

I'm going to smile when Myles ends up playing for a team one of the chuckleheads in this thread supports ... then suddenly he's all that.
I'd honestly prefer Barnett to the saints.

Needs some Clearasil though

I promise you if the Saints drafted him, they would all buy Garrett jerseys after that first sack.
Just like they all bought Mark Ingram jerseys?

In this situation, Myles wouldn't be hurt every year and actually be good.

Garrett has 5 conference forced fumbles while Barnett has only 2 in conference while playing in the East

Wow, forced fumbles!?!? THE most important stat to a defensive end
I don't give a shite about FF. Here are relevant stats for each player:
DB: 189 TK 50.0 TFL 31 SK
MG: 144 TK 48.0 TFL 32.5 SK
How here is SEC competition:
DB: 129 TK 41 TFL 28 SK
MG: 86 TKL 23.5 TFL 12 SK
So in conclusion, your boy is a pussy. And im glad you brought the west vs east argument up because 1) its irrelevant 2) Barnett has 6 Sacks vs SEC west teams and MG has 7 sacks against SEC west teams so its not the biggest difference in the world
Career sacks by team:
DB
Florida x3
Ole Miss x3
South Carolina x6
Kentucky x5
Vandy x3
Oklahoma
Georgia x3
Alabama x2
South Carolina
North Texas
Northwestern
TAMU
Mizzou
MG
South Carolina x3
Lamar x2
Rice x2.5
Miss St x2
Ole Miss
Louisiana Monroe x 3.5
West Virginia x .5
ASU x2
Nevada x3
Arkansas
LSU
Louisville
UCLA
Auburn x2
VOLS
UT - San Antonio x 4.5

Pretty much. They change the game more than a sack.

Trevor Knight trucked Barnett for a touchdown. Put him flat on his arse

Thanks for the W, east team

He showed up vs Tennessee
3 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble recovered by A&M. All while injured
You are stoked he showed up in 1 game vs tenner of all teams

I hope all A&M guys score 31 on theirs too.

I took a practice test. I am not informing the news media what I got, but it wasn't exactly a perfect score. I got all the ones I answered correct -- it's not like they were hard -- but I didn't make it all the way through the test before time expired.
I'm dubious about the test, even over and above the fact that I'm dubious about most standardized tests (one of my earliest jobs out of college was creating some major ones like the MCAT and the GRE.) Most of the questions were really basic for anyone who has a good grasp of the the language and/or basic logic skills. But some of the math questions, especially the fill-in-the-blanks where you couldn't deduce the right answer immediately from the choices, required actual scribbling and grind work, which took more time than they should have. Unless the test-takers are allowed calculators? You'd still have to know or figure out the right formula, but you'd be able to do it much quicker. Sixty minute test, I can see. The twelve minute one I took really would have been easier with a calculator rather than taking 90 seconds to prove that I knew how to calculate percentages.

And UCLA and UT and Arkansas and may have been the only A&M defender to show up against these guys:

And Manziel scored the highest when he was drafted..... I see a similar outcome in Myles future.....

This dude showed us a gift of Myles getting a knockdown......meanwhile the pass went for 23 yards and a TD
