Another good off season hire for Jones.
-Warren replacing Martinez at DB
-Hoke replacing Stripling at DL
-Gullickson replacing a disaster at S&C
All 3 are strong hires. We'll have to take the wait and see approach with Scott at OC, but for once I'll give Jones some credit for upgrading his staff. I believe that he's definitely done that.

Hoke is a good DL coach. He also inherited a dumpster fire on defense at Oregon. Those players were pellum'd.
