You mean FSU and OSU? Nothing is wrong with that

I think SEC fatigue gets OSU to the championship game if they win out. I don't think many people would think OSU is actually better than Alabama or Auburn if they're being completely honest. It is what it is. And the SEC failing to keep a team unblemished has left the door open for them.

I laugh when people say that. Um Mizzou and South Carolina are in the BCS top 10. I guess UGA and UF have to be in the BCS Top 10 for the East to be good. South Carolina beat 3 teams in the BCS Top 25, Mizzou beat 2 teams in the BCS Top 25.

You'd hardly get 3-4 teams from one division in the BCS Top 10. Ok so UF and UGA are down, now the East have 2 other teams in the BCS Top 10.

This all day long. USC just beat FSU's signature win for the FIFTH season in a row. And I can tell you, that was, at best, USC's fourth-toughest game all season. Yet, FSU got a ton of mileage out of it.

I understand that the transitive property is folly in college football arguments, but I'm tired of hearing that the East is down when it has fielded two teams in the top-eight of the BCS, and USC has three wins over the BCS top-18 (which no one else in the country can say. USC may have three teams it beat playing in BCS games, for heaven's sake), and Mizzou has two over the top-25.

Just because it's not UGA and UF at the top doesn't mean the best clubs from the East ain't legit.

It sucks for Auburn (and that's just fine by me) but if OSU wasn't on probation they would have played ND over us last year. And they would have not have deserved it as much as they do this year. They look like a lot better team than last year.

No doubt Ohio state is a good team. Congrats on being undefeated to this point in two years. Suspension of bowl play for tattoos was rediculous.

That being said, your conference schedule isn't even close to A SEC west team, and your OOC opponents are rent a wins. To be fair Cal may have had a shot at being an actual game when the schedule was made but in order to have a good schedule you need 2 more that aren't rent a wins.

Ole Miss would be undefeated with your schedule. Vanderbilt would even have a shot. You would lose to the top 3 teams in the SEC west.

It's fair that you would get in if you beat Michigan St but don't even start to think your schedule is difficult. Even if you do win and if Auburn beats Mizzou, it is still a toss up in my opinion.

LSU would wipe the floor against OSU. Your defense is horrendous and the speed of LSU would slow your offense.

Shame that Ohio St. might make it

Notre Dame last year.... Everyone knew they would get pounded. All the one loss teams had a chance, they blew them. If we got two undefeated teams in major conferences, they deserve to go before any 1 loss team. At least we have a 4 team playoff next year, wish we could of gotten an 8 team.
