Fly to a far away location during the holidays.
Buy a game ticket.
A plane ticket.
A hotel.
Lots of food and beer.
Watch game between two teams that have no history in a mostly empty stadium.
Go home.
Fun, right?
Fans of college football should be ashamed of themselves for letting this monopolized, mostly uninteresting money making scheme to continue year after year.

Moral high grounds will get you nowhere on this rant. That being said....
Post less.

What's wrong with it exactly? No one is forced to attend. No one is forced to play. It's an extra football game to be enjoyed.
ETA or are you saying football is an uninteresting moneymaking scheme?

Most bowl games happen to be boring as shite.
However, try to be a bitch less.

Aside from the 2 meaningful games, and a couple other half decent matchup's it's a limp, meaningless, sad, pathetic, showing of college football.
There are so many outstanding college campuses, with amazing football stadiums.
Why do we allow this tradition of half empty neutral site games with match-ups no one really cares about. It's pretty dumb.
So many other ways to go about finishing the season than this nonsense.

You're probably entertained easily, most people from Mississippi are.
Nothing screams excitement like a bunch of empty bleachers.

What does on site attendance have to do with the quality of play?

Just because a game is empty doesn't mean it's not good look at the Bahamas bowl

It has a lot (a ton) to do with the overall entertainment of the game.
Walk into a sparsely filled restaurant during peak hours and it feels 'meh'.
Walk into a packed joint, you know it's the place to be. The atmosphere makes it that much better.
Same thing with these half empty games, it just feels 'meh'.
And your original point is most definitely debatable, these games are rarely really good games, and rarely is there even decent history between the teams playing. It's very limp, meaningless, unexciting.

I'm not there. The buzz in the stadium has no effect on my game experience.
And the point of bowls is to match teams that don't play often thus negating your history argument.

Missouri fans bitching and crying with a list of pathetic excuses for not traveling to a college football game?
I'm shocked. fricking shocked.

The point of bowls is to sell commercial time slots, not match up teams that don't play often.

And he is ignorant. Attention whore. What is better than going to an awesome place that is not jam packed because it is just good, as opposed to a jam packed place because you want to be seen there. Shallow person.
