I don't see the East really coming on strong next year.

UGA will have Chubb and a good defense and that's good enough for a bunch of wins. Probably not enough to win the SEC.
UF had Harris at QB who is only slightly better than Driskel. Absent them finding some undiscovered gem they're still down.
SC band aided it through the year with Thompson, but won't have him or Davis next year.
UT will be slightly better, I expect.
UK might make the biggest improvement but I don't see them challenging for the division lead in any significant way.
Vandy will still blow.

I think Mizzou challenges for the East while Arkansas makes some noise in the West. The Hogs are almost certainly not ready for prime time though, but we are on the upswing. I expect that unless Mizzou is ravaged by injuries the Mizzou vs Arky season finale will play a big role in determining the East champion.

I think Ole Myth and Kentucky in the SECCG is a more likely scenario that Mizzou-Ark

The big problem with a rematch game is that it is likely if Mizzou and Arky are both good then our final game will likely knock one of us out of the SECCG. Which I can live with. I like high stakes games and Mizzou this year played their arse off to beat us because they had so much on the line.
