LSU. Bet Moore would love that bunch on defense.

Bama vs Boise in the Sugar Bowl may go to Boise because Bama may be all pouty face about playing in the BCS Championship and having to watch LSU in it.
Gump replys,"We would be ready to play, and destroy Boise"
Tiger replys, UTAH!!!!!

LSU, and it's not even close.

From Boise's standpoint, Georgia was the perfect opponent. As a traditional SEC power, a victory over UGA gives Boise exactly the apparent aura of credibility they wanted -- even more than they would have received by beating a currently better but less historic opponent like Arkansas or South Carolina.
This was also a very winnable game for Boise. UGA has tons of issues -- coaching, conditioning, lack of playmakers, offensive line, receivers, etc. No team in the SEC had more question marks than Georgia going into this season.
No SEC opponent gave Boise a better mix of hype and vulnerability.

I'll take this a different direction.
To me, the ideal situation isn't just one where an SEC defense skull drags them, but where they also get half a hundred hung on the scoreboard.
Alabama might not let them past midfield, but isn't exactly throwing up 50 spots that often. Not a criticism of the team, but that's their play style. LSU might put up 50, but 8 of it would be on safeties, 4 on returned blocked point after conversions, 15 on FG, and they'd find a 23 point special teams play in the rule book. It'd be a butt-raping, but it wouldn't look like the scope of butt-rape that would have occurred. I want something that visually is stunning and undeniable.
I'd go with Mississippi State, provided they look a little better this week on defense, with the return of their missing starters. Plus, as generally being considered the 4th best team in the West, it'd say more about what a blowout would really mean.

I think we'd struggle with that passing attack.

I'd like a shot at boise. I think we would own their arse this year. Hopefully we get to play them in new orleans at the end of the year.

LSU without hesitation. I think your D-line and secondary would make Napoleon Dynamite shite his pants and expose him as the noodle armed system QB that he is.

After last year's Sugar Bowl I wouldn't trust Arkansas in an important OOC game.

after rewatching the highlights of the LSU game. Mattieu just walked up took the ball and walked into the end zone....i'm not sure why james would let him do that.

I checked SI before the season starts, alot of them have us playing boise in Nola (sugar bowl)
honestly i don't want to play them, no not because on the football field, but the fan base in New Orleans.
Why the hell would I want to share a damn city with those Potato frickers?
Their fans probably suck. Gimme Florida State fans or something, shite I'll even Take Ohio state over them.
I want a group that likes to have fun, not a bunch of frickers walking around bourbon street on their Llamas.

I honestly don't think anybody in the SEC could hang "half-a-hundred" on BSU's Defense...
But I see Bama, LSU & USCe slowing them down & winning 31-17.... I think Ark could beat 'em in a 42-38 type game

Boise will drop in the rankings even if they win out with the way UGA and TCU are looking (assuming they beat TCU).
If Boise goes undefeated Im sure they would get a BCS slot. The pollsters/media will make sure they get another shot at a big boy. I for one would love to see them play an LSU or Bama, that would be fun to watch.

Uh....yea LSU was 10 points away from doing that to Oregon, and we all know the LSU offense isn't known for setting the world on fire.

Our defense this year is going to be top 3 or 4 in the SEC so i imagine they wouldn't be scoring 38.

I'd like to put them in the SEC for 1 season and let them play a west schedule with a few east games mixed in. They would be lucky to win 8 games. frick Boise St.
SEC
