It was discovered by NCAA during Ole Miss investigation
Aaron Suttles implies that Davis lied when confronted and that it might have happened during a dead period. Stresses that he is not saying that is exactly what it is.
Suttles thinks Davis could have survived whatever this was but Bama wanted to get out in front of it but also says that it would have to be something serious for him to lose his job. NCAA did not order Alabama to do anything.

I would be worried if I were Miss St., Auburn, LSU, or Tennessee right now. Just sharing or bordering a state that has any association with Ole Miss may be hazardous to your health.

I really feel bad for everyone on the rant, especially auburn and ole miss people, that this is going to turn out in no way like they are hoping. The only punishment bama will get is losing a pretty good dline coach and recruiter, who will be replaced with another pretty good dline coach an recruiter.
