Are you attempting to take up for them? because their safety and health standards were dog shite.
i.e. Failure to perform microbial testing where necessary to identify possible food contamination and failure to manufacture foods under conditions and controls necessary to minimize the potential for growth of microorganisms.
wtf?? This is the very basics of food and safety manufacturing! I'm in the insurance business, and do a ton of work in manufacturing, and this is on the level of an auto parts manufacturer not testing their products for asbestos. I mean, come on..

just sayin'...just because it's Blue Bell Park doesn't mean y'all need to blindly take up for them. They were lazy. And you can't be lazy when you make something that people put into their bodies.

Never actually been to the city proper, but had some horrible chicken/sausage gumbo in the airport. Just chalked it up to bad airport food at the time

Huh, where in anything I posted did I remotely say that, all I said is they aren't the only ice cream company to ever have a lysteria scare and that they are back up and running. Oh and if you read anything about you would know just exactly how and why it happened. What I'm happy about is the fact they addressed the problem, solved it, and are starting to get back to the job of making ice cream and putting the people they had to lay off back to work.
