Ranking players based on stats is ridiculous. You don't see the impact players have in games solely through stats. Vernon Hargreaves is going to have worse stats than a lot of other CBs because no one throws his way. Tackles can also be a misleading stat because of the depth at the position. Our MLBs had a ton of tackles two years ago, but they had to play every down vs. other LBs who could get a break every now and then but were more effective players.

All I know is that this one is Jamal Adams. What's even better about his stats, is that he had like 2 starts late in the year and didn't play much until the 6th game. He blew up against all SEC play and Notre Dame. Picked up 18 tackles and 3 TFL his final two games.
