Florida, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky and Mississippi have more than one high end school.
Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri just the one big school...football wise.
All things being equal, Arkansas should be able to get the in state talent. At least most of it provided some street agent doesn't guide them elsewhere.
