Burke has already broke the All Time HR record at UT. Today he ties Condredge Holloway program hit streak at 27 games. Holloway’s hit streak record has stood for 49 years, and now Burke is one hit away from breaking the record.

Over these last 27 games, Burke has been playing like the best 1st baseman in the SEC. He is batting .475 and 12 home-runs during this hit streak

Kentucky, you’re next! Can you keep Burke from break the record Friday?

BURKE IS ALSO #1 IN THE COUNTRY FOR LONGEST CURRENT HIT STREAK.

Sure can hit the baseball though. And Burke is doing it at a rate right now better than anyone in the country.

Burke is leading the country in consecutive games hit in. Next closest to him is at like 23 games. So as I stated, he is doing it better than any one currently during this hit streak.

Now Condon is the best player in the country and will most likely win both SEC POY and National POY. But Burke still has hit safely in more games than Codon over the last 27 games.

He is a really good hitter. He went 6/14 during the Alabama series. I was surprised Alabama won that series, but he did his part.

Hitting .428 is good in any series. He is hitting .414 on the year and during this hitting streak, I think he hitting around .435. Him and Christian Moore did well against Bama. Our pitching had a bad series for sure.

Only 12 HR's? There are numerous players around the SEC smoking those stats.

Pardon me. I had a momentary lapse and forgot you were a tennessee fan where irrelevant shite supersedes actual statistics that matter.

You said, and I quote

That statement as it reads implies that you think he is hitting the baseball at the best rate in the country. Hes not doing it at a better rate than anyone in the country. Hes hit in more games consecutively in the country, but that isnt the same thing. He could go 1-5 in 27 straight games and have that same record.

Simply stated, a higher average would mean a higher rate. And in that regard, hes 60 points behind Condon.

57 hits- #4 SEC

116 total bases- #4 SEC #7 NCAA

Looks like to me he’s one of the top hitters to me. Based on facts, not opinions. He’s

Yes I said this.

quote:

Hes not doing it at a better rate than anyone in the country.

Over the last 27 games he is. He’s hitting .445 or so during this hit streak. His bitting .422 on the season. Only 1 player has a higher batting avg than him in sec over the season.

quote:

He could go 1-5 in 27 straight games and have that same record.

Yes, I am aware. But considering he’s hitting almost .450 over the last 27 games, he’s going more than 1-5 each game.

Burke is batting .475 during this hit streak.

Condon has been the best player I have seen this year, no disputing it. He will most likely win player of the year, unless he gets hurt. But over the last 27 games, even I am not sure Condon is hitting .475

Jac Caglione has 4 wins on the mound and is in 2nd place for homeruns in the SEC

Then there's Montgomery out of A&M who's 3rd in the SEC in homeruns. He's tied for 1st in THE COUNTRY for RBI... while playing for the #1 team, which should hold weight

That ball that come off the bat 110 mph at first was a hit. The UK score keeper wrongfully graded that. Just like that hit that Amick booted should have went down as hit as hard as that ball was hit also.

Aww how cute, LSU beating a bad Mizzou team and now they think they are “back”. LSU isn’t even going to make it to Hoover this year. May want to go ahead and exit all the baseball threads with your shite team.
