I keep asking this question but no one will answer it. How is Texas a destroyer of conferences? It wasn't because they were winning the conference every year. OU owned the Big 12.

because they always got special treatment. once schools have had enough they leave.

Hmm you mean how like every SEC team says Alabama gets special treatment? And yet none of them ran away like a bunch of pussies, how strange.

that’s right. And at the beginning of the year. It’s obvious that Alabama is a much different team since then. Alabama has also played a tougher schedule.

meanwhile, t.u. lost to Oklahoma, an above average team but not a top 10. I would be all in for them getting in if they hadn’t.

Look at all four refs in this video fist pump when Texas scores the field goal.

I suppose you blame TEXAS for the shitty state of aggy. They aren’t even in the Conference yet.

cherrypicking of a 30-year span

My goodness. I’d be one of the last on here to defend the piggies. But the last 30 years is a long time. Are you like 95 or something?

The discussion is about SEC conference schedules. Not ooc games. Birmingham doesn’t pick teams for Texas’s ooc games. You Texas fans like you keep bringing up Michigan….that’s not an sec opponent.

It’s obvious that FSU is a much different team since then. FSU has lost its QB. FSU has also played a weak ACC schedule.

I mean if they're going to go back 30 years -- for 6 total games at that -- why can't I go back 10 more?

30 years is a long time? Once you hit 45 or so, 30 years seems like a blink of the eye….

I’m older now than all the “old” people I knew when I was 18.

And AARP is a good deal for $10 per year membership! Seriously, I save literally hundreds on different shite.

So I have that going for me.

Not really. Just ask Auburn. Or Alabama. Or….nevermind, you get the picture.

You might want to read up on the formation of the B12. To say we left with them willingly would be a stretch.

Birmingham gives Alabama all the breaks. Go sit in the corner with your face against the wall.
