I think that Kentucky will surprise us and go bowling this year and knock off some teams.
I also think that Alabama is going to finish 4th or 5th in the west.
What say you?

Biggest surprise will be our secondary under Mel Tucker.

I personally don't think Bama will, but I would not be shocked with any outcome in the west this year outside of MSU winning it. The 4th or 5th placed team will still likely be a top25 team.

For this season?
I'd have to say Arky will probably surprise some people while the Tennessee hype won't become anything more. Of course that's just my gut feeling, you never know.

I think OM and A&M have the biggest potential to surprise. Both are flying under the radar. OM just needs a running game and Kelly not to suck. A&M needs defense.
Hate to say it but Auburn and maybe Tennessee would be my most likely to let down. We are thin at a few key spots on defense and an injury or 2 could be devastating. UT is being hyped based on a lot of unproven potential. A few of those don't turn out like they are projected to and they will struggle again.
