Thought about Avery, but left him off since he was 29th pick in first round. Still he was a first round guy who did absolutely nothing.

Was rookie of the year, let the NFL in rushing his rookie year and was selected to 2 Pro Bowls....that's not a ton of accomplishments for the #1 pick and he didn't play for very long but he's not near as big of a bust as some of the others mentioned

Torn patellar tendons in the left and right knees really don't translate to the descriptive "bust".

Josh Booty, Florida Marlins.
Oh, wait, this is NFL draft busts. My bad!

This one definitely needs to be added. He literally ate himself off of the team.

I just scanned through a couple teams using the NFL.com site to look by school
Some of the worst by school:

Arky - Matt Jones 2005, round 1, pick 21
Florida - Derrick Harvey, 2008, round 1, pick 8
Kentucky - Tim Couch (mentioned in OP)
LSU - Jamarcus Russell (mentioned in OP)
Missouri - Blaine Gabbert 2011, round 1, pick 10
South Carolina - Troy Williamson, 2008, round 1, pick 7

Glen Dorsey
Dorsey is not a bust, he's been starting the last 4 years averaging about 65 tackles/year the last 2 years as a 3-4 DE.

Definitely not a bust. Not even close. As a Dolphins fan, I still have nightmares of him torching our secondary in Buffalo.
