Leigh Tiffin sucked pretty badly until his senior year, breh.

His career average is pretty damned close to Cade's best year. Also, isn't he Alabama's all-time leading scorer?

Tiffin - 74.8% career and 385 points
Foster - 56.8% and 124 points

d JJ was never close to the QB either Flynn or Perrilloux were

Jordan Jefferson has 2 years where his qb rating was higher than Flynn's in 2007.

JJ 2009 had a higher completion %, yards per attempt, and qb rating than Flynn in 2007. Our offense was decent in 2007 because we ran for over 3000 yards, not because Flynn was great.
JJ'S 2011 qb rating is higher than Flynn's 2007 qb rating.

These aren't my opinions. These are facts.

Saban's defense, he did have to rebuild a team that had gone 4-7 and 3-8 in its previous two years respectively.

What? We were 2 years removed form back to back 10 win seasons.

While DiNardo left Saban talent to achieve that goal, it was nothing compared to the talent Saban left Miles in '05.

Why do posters act like Miles inherited this dominant program from saban? Miles inherited a 3 loss program that had 4 seasons in 40+ years where we lost less than 3 games.
Also, in Saban's early years at lsu, the team was loaded with future NFL talent.

The dropoff was huge like I said. Your'e comparing JJ to two QB's who were good enough to play in the NFL. QB rating is a meaningless stat when you're talking about leadership and winnng. Hell, Lee had a much better QB rating than Jefferson but got benched for it. You're facts mean doodley squat. Other than sheer luck, Jefferson never makes the throws that beat Auburn or Ohio State. Flynn was, is and always will be a better QB than Jefferson. Same for Perrilloux.
