South Carolina
Yeah, a program who suffered a shitty season after their coach retired in the middle of the season is in worse shape than a program whose 2 starting QBs left under their highly paid HC (A&M), and a program that became a national laughing stock for supporting a bullshite SJW cause and went on to hire a no-name (Mizzou).
We hired Muschamp, but at least he's doing his job so far and is bringing in some great, sought-after talent and getting the fanbase back on board, but don't let the facts get in the way of your South Carolina obsession.

Bump. Some lighter fluid was thrown away in the past 24 hours. Does Fred mcgriff Steele combo vs a Leo mazzone change things?
Auburn is vying hard for the title and I'm thinking about pulling the lever on my vote for them

Quite a reach dude.
Auburn is overpaying for mediocre coaches and very good recruiters. Our trajectory may not be great, but hiring Steele and McGriff aren't problems. They'll either make it, or won't, depending on how the offense rebounds next year.
Steele I don't care much about, it's just a fill the void hire. McGriff I actually really like, though I'm sure we paid too much.

L5U was easily a bigger embarrassment than any of those schools this year. How quickly you forget.

Obviously you didn't read my original post as that was addressed. Also We won more games (despite losing a rent a win due to weather) lost far fewer and beat both so I agree to disagree. Auburn had a higher preseason rank btw.

What team fired and then rehired him at halftime of the last regular season game?
You talking about the coach that skull fricked you this year?
If you think the Miles saga was embarrassing, what did you think about your team going from 1st in the SEC preseason polls to where you ended up?

A&M has actually improved on paper. They have a better Athletic Director and better Offensive Coordinator. Anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot. Journalists like to stir things up, but they aren't analysts.
Currently if you were going to perform a Net Assessment of a team, you would look at the "players leaving with eligibility". You would have to assess both players transferring in and out, as well as, early entrants into the draft.
Right now A&M has lost 3 players with remaining eligibility (Kyle Allen, Kyler Murray, and Germain Ifedi). They have gained 4 (Trevor Knight, Keith Ford, TD Moton, and Priest Willis).
