I guess it's better to lose early than late.
So I'll go with Auburn. The Bama fans will be calling for lane kiffin's head finally.

Florida losing to UT, UGA, and Mizzou.

I would say Wisconsin this year... AU will have a very good team, Wisconsin not so much, and they've been hit by the injury bug...

Only sidewalk & hard core neck Gumps melt.
The others deflect and say shite like "they didn't win it, we lost it" or "the better team lost".

I don't believe Bama would melt if they lost to Auburn. In recent past we beat them as much or more than they beat us. Despite the ignorance of the rant both Auburn and Alabama respect each other and know the game will be hard fought. The exceptions to the rule:
1) Auburn not being a flagship school falls short of the seasons expectations significantly. With few to no kids who grow up Auburn fans on our roster we seem to have a higher rate of throwing in the towel over the last 25 years. Just MHO.
2) Bama gets caught paying someone $250,000 to sign and is experiencing the grip of sanctions and Auburn has managed to find away to go from signing 40% of the instate top talent to 60%. 11/19/05

Losing to Auburn wouldn't be much of a surprise. Losing back to back games to Yankees to end one season and begin the next, however, would entail epic melting.

I'd want Kiffdawg gone too if my defense had given up the most yards in school history to him.

Losing to Wisconain definitely as it would set the tone for the year. AU will field a good team this year and it's in their house. Losing to AU would suck but wouldn't surprise me if it happened. I would melt pretty hard if we lost to Wisky because what would that say about our chances for the rest of year given we have a very tough schedule?

Probably GA Southern.

Gotta go wit Wisconsin. Major melt losing opening night

Losing to Wisky would suck MAJOR arse!! So I'd have to go with that... Auburn is going to field a VERY good squad and that cross-eyed coach of theirs is a fricking offensive genius that gives DC's fits... I'm expecting a VERY good game down in the plains with both teams being ranked in the top 15....

After Kick Six any future loss will not have that element of pain and melt.
