He coaches in the most offense inept division in football. His players have lashed out at his predictable schemes. LSU's own Ryan Clark has spoke out against Lebeau, but keep laughing.

Did you watch the Green Bay Superbowl it was pathetic?

The correct answer is Saban, but he really matured by going to the NFL.

LSU really only had 1 elite defense while he was there. His defenses all gave up around 17-20 points per game each year besides 2003 (11 ppg). Fast forward to Bama, and he has had great defenses each year outside of his first.

Yep. Only 4 1st rounders on his 2007 D which gave up 100 combined to UF and Bama.

What's your point? Last year our D had about 7 first rounders.

Eta. Would you take him back?

Plus Bama hardly ever plays anyone in the regular season besides LSU worth anything and that's why their stats are always so padded and low.

Nice bait. Complete bullshite though.

Saban. He has revolutionized the 3-4 in college. Well, him and Kirby Smart. They are like the dynamic duo.

2003 LSU had an elite defense, and that was Saban and Muschamp right. Muschamp is running an elite defense at Florida, and he's only on year 2. How much is Smart really worth? Some are anxious to see how successful Smart would be if he left Alabama.

Much rather would have 3rd and Chavis than 1st and Sal.

Um no. Lets take a look at our schedules last year, this year and for the hell of it next year. Lsu has a stretch of 5 SEC games next year. 3 on the road, 2 at home. Bamas longest stretch is 3. 2 at home, 1 on the road. And you had a chance to step up in this ONE TIME bridge schedule. Who does the AD and SEC do? Drop Georgia and pick up KENTUCKY while playing Tennessee and lsu at home whoopidoo. DYNASTY

1 year of elite defense against 5 years in a row. Even the 10-3 season was one of the best D's in the country. Someone a few posts up admitted to Saban's D's not being as good there as they are here. Maybe That's the difference. I certainly hope not though because I think we will lose Kirby long before we lose Saban and I want the D to stay just the same.

5 years later, and still the same stupid talking point. How many games has Chavis given up 40 points or more at LSU. I'll wait.

We dont get to pick our schedules in the conference. We do however get to pick our OOC schedules and one of the things that the national media ALWAYS brags on about Alabama is that we always schedule at least 1 tough OOC opponent each year where most schools do not.

Yes I realized that LSU does this too but you cant say that we play cake walk schedules when we have mostly the same fricking conference schedule you do.

Same Division
Same teams
1 permanent cross division team and the other rotates beyond either of our control.

Dont be stupid corn dog.

It's pretty hard to blend 'washed up' with the #1 D just last year.

I am not stupid. And our permanent opponents makes our schedule harder almost every year by default. It would take a Herculean effort to get Tennessee to an elite level. It would literally take someone like saban. Bet youre glad your stuck with them though.

Last year we played 8 or 9 ranked teams. How many did bama play? The year before? I want FACTS DAMNIT

I would take Chavis back in a vacuum, but that would mean having to deal with the rest of that staff as well, which I would not be in favor of.

Tenn is up and down. But we love to hate them and that shite aint gonna change. You had some easy years when Zook was at UF as well as the last couple years so dont act like they have been nonstop juggernauts.

2 years ago we played 6 teams in a row with a BYE week ahead of us. Then last year I think we played either 3 or 4 in a row again. I will be the first to admit that our schedule this year ended up being pretty easy with Arkansas and AU both being dumpster fires and Michigan not being as good we thought they would be, but you cant blame that shite on us.
