Our pass containment was not bad at all. We had a few plays that guys got by but overall, the pass protection was much better than then run....
They just need to open up some holes.
Craig was playing very well at end. He is just a little too jacked up and over ran a few plays. Once he gets settled down, he will be fine.

Sounds to me like changes are coming:

Wouldn't surprise me at all to see'em slide Moseley back to the right side and plug in Robinson on the left. Also ain't gonna surprise me when Westerman takes over Cooper's job either.

Lots of talk about the offensive line, which I wrote about for Wednesday’s paper. Alas, Mosley came in for interview after I had already filed my story (stupid East Coast deadlines). Anyway, Chizik challenged the o-line to be physical. It stung. “We take it real personal, and it makes us mad when we go out there,” Mosley said. He said it bothers him when people call the line “soft.”
Mosley moved from the right side to the left in the offseason. It’s a bigger difference than you’d think, but he’s getting comfortable. “I am, but we’ll probably make a few changes: Go to right, or stay at left,” he said. “We’ll see. Whatever they need me to play I’ll play.”
So does that means changes are on the horizon on the o-line? “I’m not sure,” Mosley said with a grin. “We’ll see. There’s no telling.” (My take: sounds like some shuffling might take place.)

LSU never wanted him.
Ask memphisplaya, he'll tell you.

As for pass rushing I think our most effective D line would be Egaue, Sanders, Ford, Lemonier. We need to pressure the pocket and Carter & Whittaker weren't getting it done Saturday.
I think it would be a very, very bad idea to play in the SEC with 250 lb defensive tackles (except on rare "situational" plays).

Yea, there is no way we could do that on any regular basis. Sanders is the biggest DE at 260. Blackson and Whit will eventually be the middle men.

I think they hould move BM back to RT. He was there all season and we ran that way more than to the left.
LEts get some frickin jet sweeps going this week. MSU doesnt have the DE or LB to get to the corner before OM.

The one time Utah State was held to 3-and-out on Saturday, Delaine, Wright, and Blackson were in. And Blackson, though obviously young and inexperienced, pushed his man 3 yards backward and made a tackle for a loss. Size and strength sometimes can make plays all by their lonesome. I hope we get to see more of this kid.

I'd want Sanders on the inside he's like 275 now. Delaine impressed me a lot. But let's hope the oline changes up

No, he's not.

How much does he weigh then?

He's about 260, from what I've read. We just need the DTs to grow up fast.

Blackson or Wright will be starting over Carter soon. We have so much talent there. The O line is what intrigues me, do we go back to like '07 and start 3 freshmen? I would love for Wetserman and Mack to start at guard. Then let Robinson take his bumps at LT

What if we stood Craig Sanders up at LB? He seems to have the motor.

I think we see that on Sat. And Greene in at LT unless they think GR is ready. And unless Cooper comes out like a destroyer, Burgess or Westerman will be in there soon.

No way. He can't move laterally. Same with Owens.

I saw Sanders out on special teams. Love the kid, but if he's 260 lbs then I'm Harrison Ford.

He is noticibly more ripped and bigger than last year, Han.

No disagreement there.
But that could still (and likely does) put him around 245-250.
