Agree. May be more personal than subjective.

Will Mizzou ever play KU again

If they do play again, it will be at the Sprint Center in KC.

That being said, I don't see anything happening until the BBall program is better. There is probably going to be another coaching hire involved with that. Anderson left a roster no one wanted resulting in Haith. Frank and Timmy had the NCAA snooping around and no one wanted to inherit a team with that light shining on them resulting in Kim. Kim got a decent check to burn the barn and kill the rats. They win 15 games this year he may get another, win any less and he will be heading towards retirement with a decent nest egg. Until they are playing winning ball, KU has no incentive to play them.

I don't think they will ever play in FB again.

71 OU vs Nebraska...the REAL game of the century and the two best teams that have ever played football.

Honorable mention: 2004 USC

For one game anyway, the 92 Alabama Sugar Bowl team.

If memory serves me correctly State was the only team that came close to beating them that year. The game was in Starkville and we lead going into 4th Q then Bama happened.

IMO, there has never been a CFB team that could have beaten 2010 Bama on 01/01/2011. TWELVE NFL FIRST round draft choices. Four in 2011, four in 2012, three in 2013, and one in 2014 all on that 2010 team.

The SEC office killed that team for the regular season with the six byes. Michigan State learned what it was like to have to play them with the same amount of rest, healing time, and preparation time. It wasn't pretty for MSU. Might have been the only game in CFB history that a team punted on fourth and GOAL!

Best team I ever saw. The ref in that game said the same.

Anybody who doesn't say 95 Nebraska is either retarded or a teenager. That team was an executioner with absolutely ZERO weaknesses. Never seen another team that comes close.

Agree on 1 and 2.The '86 Miami team was also one of the
best I've seen (3 players taken in the top 10 of the draft) Jesus,a horrible coaching job by JJ vs PSU in the Fiesta Bowl (he'll freely admit it)

Miami had 17 #1 picks off the 2001 squad.Five from that year.Their roster is a who's who of Pro Bowlers.

The best CFB in the modern era is 1995 Nebraska.

It's not even debatable.

They didn't give up a single sack all year. ZERO sacks.

They averaged 400 yards rushing per game, they beat 4 top 10 teams by an average margin of like 28 points.

They were excellent at defense, offense, and special teams.

They only trailed twice all year, for a grand total of like 7 minutes or something nuts and never trailed in the 2nd half of a game.

And honestly anyone that watched that team knows that they rested their starters all the time in the 2nd half when they were up semi-big.

No one is even close. 1995 Nebraska would have beat the living shite out of just about anyone else they played. Ever.

The closest game they played? It was one of those flukey games that good teams have every year. They fumbled inside the 5 on the first drive, and then WSU scored one or two plays later on a long run, their only decent run of the game.

They were sloppy all day that game, and still won 35-21, with WSU scoring late and the back ups fumbling at the 5 again.

Even when they played badly they won games by 2 Tds and had the back ups in late in the game.

Very hard to argue against what they did and they were FAR better than '83 squad. Way overrated IMO.

Nebraska was a machine for 4 years 94-97 3 titles and the down year was 11-2 Orange Bowl winner. Texas pulled off one of the greatest 4th down plays in CFB or its Nebraska vs Florida in the Sugar.

I have only seen alabama games in person, so those are the only teams that I can talk about but as of the greatest teams I have ever seen:
2011 Bama, 2011 LSU, 2012 Bama, 2015 Bama
Side Note: Ive never been to a game on the level of the GOTC LSU vs Bama. Thats the most packed I have ever seen Tuscaloosa and Tiger fans really came out to support their team in droves.
