We don't need them to be #1 in the SEC with the offense we field, but they are more than capable of keeping defenses honest. Different strengths for each, too.

I can't remember a season that so many teams had backfields as deep as they have now. The SEC has gone to plug and play on running backs. I wonder if the draft selections has had any effect on this subject

Probably more a product of necessity, tbh. Hard to ask a single back to take all those hits from SEC defenses and have him hold up for a full season, much less be draftable.

Not the best, but Prescott and Robinson have potential. I like where we are at with out backfield IMO.

And that gentlemen is how you rustle Bama, UGA, and OM(wasnt shooting for them but... in Arkys absence i guess theyll suffice) jimmies all in one thread.

The same amount Clemson hung on UGA?
Did you just imply Arky's offense is equal to Clemson's?
There's delusion... then there's Auburn Delusion.

wasnt a part of that. but i honestly think they are better. call me delusional but i actually see improvement from last year. and i was one of the first to criticize Bert and bunch. its still early but they will upset someone guaranteed.
on that note FUQ BERT and the Fatty Bunch.

Just because they managed 21 against Auburn and blew out Nicholls State? Last year good ol' Nicholls lost 70-7 to LA-Lafayette. They were a BAD FCS school. Gave up 70 points, 66 points, and in 4 more games over 50 points.
Arky's argument is the same as Florida's. One game against the worst of the worst in college football doesn't make them gangbusters. All Arkansas did was essentially replicate what they did last year against Auburn - play AU and a couple of other teams respectably close, and get utterly obliterated by others.

IDGAF about any of that i never give any credit due to score. that can be the most misleading stat as far as talent and improvement... i will not presume you know nothing of FB but given the facts of your statement...
watch the game not the scores...
I will be the first aub to tell you that despite the score our offense looked bad with the deep ball and sloppy on D. does the score reflect that? not really but its true. same can be said for Bama. Despite the score we know Bama is not ready for playoff play...
Arky has improved whether you like it or not.

I thought he was the best back in his class coming out of high school. Too bad Curtis Luper didn't spend more time recruiting him (damn you Yeldon). It's all good. Jovon is coming back.

I would say they are better than Clemson's offense. brand new QBs and those RBs are not near the talent of Arkys.

Gurley is the only thing impressive in your backfield.
I think Chubb is actually pretty impressive as well.
