The alternates Kentucky has been wearing lately are terrible. Chrome helmets, black jersey... They're awful. Our white helmet and white pant with blue jersey is a clean look. Flip it for road games. Nothing else needs to be done.

I work with a UK alum and he likes the chrome helmets, but we both agree the uniforms themselves are a mess. Too much going on with the diff. colored shoulders, checkerboard pattern, and too many combinations that don't seem to flow.

I agree. UK could have some sharp clean looking uniforms but they try to do too much with them and it comes off disjointed to me

The traditional powers keep the same unis year after year. If kids truly cared about wild uniform combos, recruting and wins would reflect it. Let Oregon be Oregon, and Maryland the same. It doesn't mean the rest of us should have to watch our teams dressed like a horse's arse.

Was talking with a co-worker about this exact thing after a kid committed to Duke football and mentioned the uniforms as a sales pitch because they have the same colors and style as his high school. He's a private school kid, so obviously the education was a good sale too, but it seems obvious to me that winning championships would be more fun than wearing 12 different uniforms.

UF's normal jerseys are disgusting and ugly as sin, but this is a good look. Clean and classic. They should wear this more for sure.
