It's Sumlin, easily. Without JFF & Mike Evans he is just average or worse. It's clear there really wasn't any offensive genius there.

I don't think Spurrier is overpaid. Think about where USCe was before he got there.

Heck Bob Stoops made more than Sumlin this year too.
