When is Gearhart going to get fired for misappropriations?
Jeff Long jumps ship cause he no longer has the buy in from his chancellor.
Bielema follows suit cause he can not cut it in the SEC and runs back to Iowa.
All those things need to happen for that to occur.

rebuilding involves progression and improvement. Since BB could very well end up with less wins than John L Smith. I think the $$ signs in your post reflect the real reason why Bielema will not be here longer than 3 seasons. John L Smith won 4 games and at 850 grand a year he was a real Wal Mart bargain compared to Bielema's over a million per win mark currently. It seems to be OK though Bielema likes to lose and he makes it OK with the players as well.
