Don't matter, Bert is still the biggest joke in the SEC.

what I find amusing is that only pork fans and a few non pork fans are defending Bert. Stankey did not call him to congratulate him for his sportsmanship and I am pretty sure NS will get a private phone call from Bert to apologize. NS is too much of a gentlemen to put another coach on the spot. JUst beat the every loving chit out of him next year

Bert is out of his league here in the SEC.
Send him back to the B1G or MAC.

Well technically Little Nicky came from a B1G program. Is he out of his league? Urban Meyer started off at Bowling Green in the MAC. Was he out of his league down there? And it's so funny that SEC fans rag on the MAC, yet they want to hire the coaches from the MAC. Like Matt Campbell and Dino Babers. They are on the short list for the South Carolina job.

He didn't need defending, there was nothing to defend him from. What I found amusing is the gumps calling for him to be suspended and making it out to be some huge deal.

Yeah, the commissioner's statement was really stern sounding. I bet he ripped Bert a new one or not.

BertGate sets a precedent I think this is Sankey's first big opportunity to crack down on corruption and spying in this league. If this case of proven inappropriate filming is not handled swiftly and justly I have no hope for this conference. A coach has the inalienable right to protect players and intercede before violence occurs. Unfortunately Bielema could not avoid Cam's rage himself but maybe this debacle will prevent Alabama players from hurting others in the future.

Blame deer antler spray, not Cam. It's the debil.

Not all of us are this stupid. It is a very vocal tin foil hat folks that make the rest of us look like idiots. The media and local news are turning on Bert. Radio host are turning. It's just a matter of time. The trolls are the minority in support of Bert.

I don't think it's possible to be both a tin foil hat person and troll. You believe what you say when you wear the tin foil hat, you don't necessarily when you're trolling. The intent of the message is different. However, I don't expect you to understand that because you're stupid.

This is a new type of deflection for having a clown of a coach.

Im sure he understands gravity very well, as it is the constant enemy of morbidly obese people.

You're the second one to post this. It's a right that can't be taken away. Am I missing something? How is it misused? It's hyperbole, but I don't think it's misused.

It would be hyperbole if he had said the coach "is always right in his defense of players."
To say that the coach has the "inalienable right" (that is, a natural right bestowed upon him by the creator himself which cannot be infringed upon by government, organization, or individual) is just false. And the fact that it is false reflects that he may not actually know what the word means.

I don't think that phone call was to compliment Coach Hutt on the way he handled the situation.

Did the guy have all of his teeth? Yes. Was he drunk? No. Not from Alabama.
