Is is possible that just 12 years since the new century started LSU will have beat Alabama in football 10 times*

Can someone verify the math... 12 yrs into the century and 10 wins?

* On the field - LSU didn't gain anything from the 3yeats Bama vacated games as LSU beat them straight up in 05, 06 and 07

It's possible. Still won't change that Lsu was 2nd nationally last year.

Unless you beat Bama twice in 2012, then no, your math is wrong..

Semantically speaking LSU was #1 "last year"as they were the only team in the nation to be undefeated, have 13 wins and beat everybody they played. They had some issues in 2012 calendar year but were the best team at the end of the year. 2011.

So LSU didn't beat Bama in
2000
2001
2003
2004
2005
2006
2007
2010
2011

With 2012 still to go before the end of the calendar year..

The new century started 01-01-01. 12-31-00 wrapped up the 20th century.

Try again.

Yep. No airplanes fell outta the sky, computers worldwide did not crash and take humanity with it, nothing much happened.

Your 2000 win counts for the old century. Sorry.

Crow is crumpling up all of his charts for this thread and starting over.

Potential 'delete thread' pending.

That's assuming LSU wins in BR this year. Go ahead and count it now if you'd like...but it may hurt a little to subtract it in November.

God knows you guys were destroyed psychologically in January.

Wow ...some folks are getting awful defensive. However, I will change the thread title to reflect some prehistoric definition of when a new century starts.
