So you are laughing at SPLC because you are a racist or a member of the KKK? Otherwise, I don't get it. Is it because you think not being a racist is somehow too liberal? Or is it just because you are an Aggie and you don't know what the letters stand for?

I think he's laughing at the SPLC because they are, for the most part, a joke these days. Unless the L stand for Liberal instead of Law.

Actually, they just won a huge case against the State of Alabama prison system and have at least one case pending before the SCOTUS. So you may not like their politics, but they are most certainly not a joke. They are also going after a major white supremacist group.

We have ~10 times the population of Mississippi and ~4 times the hate groups, from your link. So mississippi has roughly double the hate groups per capita.
