What's up with ducks lately? Can this duck pull a truck?

Gonna go punch myself repeatedly in the face now.

Here's one other thing to note, you've heard LSU Athletic Director Joe Alleva be pretty adamant in multiple interviews that they bent over backwards to offer as many options as possible to play the game with Florida. Have you heard anyone on the Florida side or with the SEC deny anything Alleva has said?

All of this ^^

And since the press conference, what has Foley said? Radio silent.

Or it could be Alleva knows he fricked it up and allowed Foley to play him like a fiddle. Methinks he doth protest too much...

An Alabama fan trying so hard to somewhat quote Shakespeare on this site to fit his little agenda. That's RICH and hilarious all at once.

For future reference, your new Alabama printed books should read...

"The lady doth protest too much, methinks".

Even your text books are in your Alabama made up logic. No wonder you're all brainwashed and ignorant.

Quite the contrary. Foley played Sankey, not Alleva. Nobody expected Florida to move this game to Baton Rouge. Alleva merely used Baton Rouge as an option. But make no mistake, Alleva knows that they are trying to strong arm him into giving up a home game so this game can be played. Alleva bent over backwards to accommodate this game being played whenever, wherever this past weekend. He shouldn't have to give up sh*t.

And besides, this is the Florida coach on Tuesday, whenever they were in talks about contingencies about how and when this game would be played, and before Foley cam out with his "the game will be played Saturday in Gainesville" statement.

quote:

“Well aware of what could happen and the preparation for that,” UF coach Jim McElwain said on the SEC coaches teleconference. “It’s one of those deals that whatever happens will obviously be the best for the campus, the state of Florida, first responders, all those type things, but right now were planning to go ahead with whatever the plans were.” The SEC could either postpone the game or move it to a different location. McElwain has an alternative site in mind. “We got an indoor,” McElwain said jokingly. “I guess we could go do it in there if we have to.

It sounds to me that he's not too serious about playing the game at all. He's already toeing the company line well before the "postponement" and certainly while they were dragging their feet. That's not fishy to you? A category 4 Hurricane that's so serious and you're making jokes about playing in the indoor facility? Seriously, that probably was their contingency plan.

Golly! Did not know that! Thanks Dad, cuz I've never heard of this Shakespeare guy...

If you noticed, dipshit, I didn't include quotation marks around my sentence since I didn't, you know, DIRECTLY LIFT THE QUOTATION! It's almost like the common usage in conversation has replaced the actual quote, or something. Maybe you literary experts can expound on that.

(Just to help you out, Humphrey Bogart never actually said, "Play it again, Sam" in Casablanca. Yet, in everyday conversation that phrase gets used in lieu of his actual line. But thanks for lending all of us the benefit of your vastly superior Louisiana education.)

So now we're taking a comment made in jest as proof? Wow. Allevas alternatives were to play in BR or play in an empty BHG stadium. SUN/Mon weren't discussed. No team worth their salt would do that because it's retarded.
