South Carolina is afflicted by what observers are calling the Holbrook effect.

Notes:

LSU above Arkansas and Ole Miss.

Ole Miss over State.

Alabama over Auburn.

Texas over aggy.

Louisville over Kentucky.

Draw your own conclusions.

Alabama ranks in the top 25 nationally in attendance but only 9th in the SEC.

Brutal

Making the Top 25 is not too shabby. Just goes to show SEC is not just the best and most rabid football conference, but baseball also.
New stadium should help Bama even more I would think...

Here ya go....

ULL will be moving up that list...

...the Cajuns are expanding ML Tigue Field.

I mention this because I find it funny that the impetus for the next expansion of The Box will not come from within the SEC, but within Louisiana.

37. Tenn. 1,855 average attendance; 42,683 total attendance

Serraneaux, the Univ. of Tennessee greatly needs your support. One person can make a difference. Pitch by pitch, game by game, you can boost attendance at Rocky Top.

Todd Helton would want you to be there next season!

So ULL averaged 3,900 per game and somehow now need a 13,300 seat stadium? Did I get that right?

No, I got it wrong. I didn't read the master plan closely enough. That's supposed to read 13,300 SQUARE FEET, not capacity. I have no idea what the new capacity will be.

You can't go by total

You have to rank by average each game to make it fair/accurate bc you had more home games.

Know what I find interesting? Compare the 2015 baseball attendance figures...

...with the 2014 men's basketball attendance figures...

And once again, only Syracuse had a higher total attendance for men's basketball than LSU had for baseball.

Arkansas' basketball total and baseball total are in the same ballpark, as is usual these days.

In Pelphrey's final season, I'm pretty sure baseball beat basketball for the only time in school history.
