But that's like saying 6 of the top 45 players in the country are in Florida's starting lineup and that's just not the case. Don't get me wrong India and Liput will contend for all-sec this year but these preseason teams look like they forced their own hand.

I guess the list is based on who they consider the best prospects. Not who will be the best on field players next year.

This. Baseball America pretty much always does this because thats kind of the purpose of their publication unlike collegiate baseball, for instance, among others
