Less than that at some stadiums. If there are gonna be fans, might as well as have it at capacity.

If they are going to allow lower capacity just let the students attend and spread them out. It's college football so let those currently attending get to experience the games. Just my opinion

That makes a lot of sense actually. They'll all be going to parties and doinking each other in the dorms anyway. The additional exposure for them would be negligible.
