Grant's offense was Trevor Releford.
His first year he dicked around with Jamychal Green and ruined his game. Then he had Trevor Lacy and didn't know how to utilize him. Then he ran off Tony Mitchell, who admittedly had a bad attitude. Then pretty much a bunch of nobodies.

I can wait to see what we can do with another scorer and a banger inside.
And, can we PLEASE practice free throws? Jesus guys, my fat arse can hit 70% from the line. We gotta do better at that.

In Grants offense, attempting to run a play before the shot clock was at 7 was a sin. He had some scorers and wouldn't let them score. Look at Retin's last season under Avery.
Avery is trying to make an offense out of smoke and mirrors this year. Next year, with some ballers, let's see what he can do.
