I won't say it will never happen. I can see a scenario where you've got multi loss champs is a couple of conferences and someone slips because they ware clearly superior (Like Bama LSU 2011) in but it wasn't happening this year.
No 4th and 25 and you're looking at a Clemson Stanford matchup on Monday.
