Yup. It is your analysis. See your comments on UCF

My analysis about UCF is not comparable to the SECCG. Solid effort, though.

Auburn loses poorly when they don't care. We get it. Jump on the Gus Bus. It's been that way since the beginning.

Meansonny is right. When Auburn loses it's because you didn't care or you were injured.

Auburn can never bring themselves to say, "We got whipped." Most Georgia fans have no problem saying in the first AU/GA game, "We got whipped."

For every single Auburn loss last year, there was an excuse.
"We took our foot off the gas."
"Our offense was not settled."
"We were injuries"
"We didn't care about the game."

Auburn is quickly becoming "Excuse University".
Deny all you want, but it's true.

Crap. Other fan bases scream 1980 a whole lot more than Georgia fans do, and that is when we won the National Championship.

But hey. If you like GT so much, become a fan. They'll take you.

Bama fans benefitted more from bad calls

Please. Bad calls in the red zone caused Bama to settle for 2 FGs (TE was raped on one play & uncalled contact to head on a defenseless player on another) and scored a TD despite an uncalled flag on the LB who had his arms wrapped around Najee Harris.

Just face facts. After the missed OOB call on the phony Hardeman TD, Bama out gained UGA 268 yards to 53. Bama literally ground UGA into powder from the 7:53 marks of the 3rd quarter till the magnificent 2 & 26 play.

I didn’t watch the game against UCF. No one in Auburn, including the team, gave a shite about it. The season was fun. Beating the shite out of UG and Alabama when both were #1 was a great way to cap off the regular season. Wish we could have made it out healthy, but hey, shite happens.

Really? You're saying that nobody -- not the fans, not the players, not the coaches -- gave a shite about an NY6 bowl game? If I believed that for a second, which I don't, it would speak volumes about the Auburn football program. If Gus and the players couldn't take an interest in a major bowl game, and the fans didn't care about their team playing in a major bowl game, Auburn might as well just kill their football program now and save themselves the aggravation of getting up on Saturdays in the fall.

But, as I said, I don't believe that for a second. Auburn football is better than that.

That's bullshite. LSU beat us when we were fine - we just blew it. UGA beat us in the SECCG due to solid play + an unhealthy Auburn team coming off an Iron Bowl win.

Yes. I am speaking for literally everyone. Let's drag this out to it's logical conclusion.

You made a blanket statement. You literally said "no one." Not much room for interpretation there, so I was addressing what you actually said. It was ridiculous, which is what I was calling you on, so your sarcasm here just reinforces my point. Frankly, the most respectable thing you could do here is just acknowledge you went overboard, which addresses the point the UGA posters you're arguing with have been making, and move on.

In 90% of games in which a punt is blocked, the team that makes the block, wins the game. There's a lot more that goes to it than just field position

I’d really like to see some research and hard data to support this statement.

TIA.

There was a false start on Bama in reality so if called correctly it would have been a dead ball. There were some missed calls but your team has to make plays. UGA didn't make enough of them at the end and Bama did.

Auburn was hot and would have won it all they way they were looking. Georgia pulled away only bc once Johnson went down the whole game changed. He was their soul on offense.

I thought it was common knowledge that AU would have won it all had he not got hurt?
If you are going to play the "what if" game, if Bama's defense was not a MASH unit and Bama wasn't stuck on Hurts, Bama would have taken them easily. But that's not how things were. So, Bama lost, then AU lost. That's football.

Yeah, I shouldn’t have said everyone, but it really wasn’t that important of a point for you to run into the ground. It was pretty clear that the team was deflated and unmotivated to play (see Carlton Davis sitting out). If you want to believe that UCF got Auburn’s best shot, have at it. And no, that’s not even remotely the point the UGA posters were attempting to make, though I really appreciate you being the self-appointed moderator for the debate.

"In reality" at the very minimum the ball should have been backed up 5 yards and have Bama punt from there.

Using 3 missed calls on one play that all went in Bama's favor as an example of even handed officiating is somewhat bizarre.

There’s nothing better than BAMA breaking UGA’s heart again and again.

BAMA owns UGA in their own state.
